Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $240,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Rent to own BRRR. Will sell to one of our sons and his new wife next year.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love off market deals.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Saw rent sign in yard and ended up having a great connection with the owner.

How did you finance this deal?

Private financing

How did you add value to the deal?

My son and I were able to do most of the renovations.

What was the outcome?

We have it rented out right now to my other son.
