I’m in the process of learning about crowdfunding as a real estate investment option - to invest my money - for returns.What is your favorite real estate investment crowdfunding platform?

We operate a pretty substantial investor Agent team here as well, and are very involved in education and helping people build and scale.  

I'm learning about BRRRR strategy right now, and would love to utilize it, however dont want to burn all my capital on one property.

You'll have to learn a new market, build a new support team and pay someone to manage all of that because it is so far away.

As for the studs/ framing- it def looks scabby but they aren't structural and I'm guessing the demo team cut 1 or 2 out to see that crack.

the QI for the 1031 is an additional member of your team whose only role is the 1031 exchange.

Having the opportunity to learn from someone with firsthand knowledge would be immensely beneficial as I prepare to embark on this exciting endeavor.

I think if you don't jump ahead of yourself and partner with an experienced person, you're learning curve will be exponential and you'll be able to answer your own post.

Hey Chris - generally, these programs are a waste of money and you can learn yourself with a good team around you.
