You could also look at interest rates and monetary supply, interest rates probably are not going anywhere until monetary supply comes down - but in speaking with some banks they are losing money month over month on deposits which really hurts banks.So a lot of moving parts in the economy, all I will say is people need to understand what happens if things get better or get worse.

It's a plus if they offer any good bundling options for an umbrella policy for 2-3 homes, as we're looking to get one for the first time.I know some insurers have been leaving the CA market recently so looking for updated recommendations based on your personal experiences.Thanks!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Building is geographically constricted tightening supply. 

I had a remediation contractor come out, and he told me the levels on the report is what he'd expect from a basement in Portland, and any amount of washing / bleaching wouldn't reduce the levels much long term as more moisture would enter the space up from the slab because concrete will always give off some moisture, and he couldn't really recommend much remediation. 

So, if interest rates are a buyer’s primary roadblock, then I recommend seeking opportunities to negotiate a reduced interest rate from a seller or looking at new construction, where builders are offering rate reductions and other substantial incentives.

Market supply remains healthy, hovering around 1.5 months of supply if no additional inventory was added.
