I am on a 3 week on and 3 week off schedule where I work overseas, so I can move wherever I want and keep my job (layoff and contracts permitting of course)So far we have payed for her schooling out of pocket and haven't taken any loans, however when she starts medical school in about a year we will have to take out student loans which will be pretty substantial.    

I have accepted rent early - say from college students whose parents live out of town - but no discount.

Hi Andy,If the applicant is a student (I invest in a college town) then I will allow a "personal guarantor" which means they guarantee the payment of rent and any other obligations but are not given automatic access to the property.  

This along with more automation and outsourcing will leave the next generation in a tough spot with even larger student loans and an education bubble.

However it is only available to my students and not open to the general public.
