Check the code website or call them, they generally spell out exactly how large the sign can be, how far back it has to sit from the street and how long it can stay there.

Even a good inspection will not necessarily tell you that the sewer line going to the street will suddenly get clogged... at cost anywhere between $4k-$6k in my area (though running a camera through the line could mitigate that risk).As you get more rentals, the law of averages start working in your favor as long as you always have enough to cover one big expense if it ever happens.

Post signs disclaiming responsibility, most off the street believe what they read.Insurance companies usually try to get out of any claim if they can, but if push came to shove, seems to me they would pay as they couldn't really define that as athletic equipment any more than a swing set.
