@Samson Paturi - It sounds like you're at The Palms of Destin from your description - If so, great choice :) As far as stressing about what could happen, I recommend just focus on maximizing your investment in the near term. 

(your choice of dates, not theirs).

Let them learn to make better choices. 

Personal loan would be my next choice but it'd be more expensive and take (slightly) longer to access.

I try to be strategic with new 12 month leases and schedule them in the winter.  

This can be very expensive and is usually the worst choice to make because you can't justify the cost.2.

I would suggest looking at mentoring choices that align with what you are planning to do.
