A price that they will pay for the other half or sell their half, that way neither person can feel ripped off.

After that, we interacted off and on.

 I know starting off in real estate is increasingly getting harder due to rates.

Here's what I came up with:3-bed, 6 guests: $46,000 gross4-bed, 8 guests: $73,000 gross5-bed, 10 guests: $87,000 gross6-bed, 12 guests: $98,000 gross6-bed, 14 guests: $102k grossAnd it starts to level off after that.

My question is, if I can read most of the information given at sessions, and network with people in my region, or social media, what is the benefit of taking 3-4 days off work and spending a couple grand (entrance, flight, food, lodging)? 

Flippers buy from wholesalers because they don't have the time required to build SOPs to generate off-market leads and convert them into contracts/projects.
