We NEVER took a single class, and the only book I ever read was Landlording, because I heard the sample lease in it was good, although I did eventually read Rich Dad Poor Dad just cause it was a good "Ragged Dick" sort of story.

The technician they assigned said a rat chewed my pipes.If you have a clogged toilet, they'll say it's not covered because of limescale deposits.If you have a malfunctioning water heater, they'll say not covered because of sediment and lack of maintenance.Home warranty companies have had plenty of time to craft every sort of denial imaginable.

It will help to have some sort of proof to show the judge at the eviction hearing proving there are additional people living in the apartment (such as photos of the boyfriend and sisters cars parked outside of the building in the early morning hours along with photos of the license plate of each car).
