I have found with a lot of investors I work with that the biggest thing holding them back is a small space about 6" wide between the ears. 

There was not even room for a range hood with just a 24 inch wide cabinet too low over the stove.

Some other RE options include notes, syndication, NNN, REIT, a wide variety of commercial non residential (Mobile home parks (residential, but not traditional residential), industrial, storage units, retail space, office space), development, land speculation, mineral rights (My first home run was in mineral rights), etc. 

Which department might have the records, etc.If it’s too wide of a range they can deny it as being too burdensome on their resources.

From what I understand this is more of a town by town regulation than county wide.

Multifamily homes are not as widely available so you'll want to mix your PPC ads with cold calling/SMS and direct mailers.Start with a targeted list of prospects with stacked pain points. 

Although some people buy double-wides and stick them on lots, so I suppose there might be a small market for pre-fab homes.But ask yourself - which would you choose if the money output was nearly similar?
