Westchester County, NY Short Term Rentals

Hi everybody! I'm finding it very difficult to get any information about the regulations for short term rentals in Westchester and Ulster Counties in NY. I'm looking at purchasing asap, but just want to be sure that regulations won't inhibit airbnb rentals. Does anybody have any up to date information on those laws/regulations?

HI Tommy I don't know for Westchester but I believe there are not currently any regulations for Ulster County. My friend has a place there and airbnb's with it.  However I have heard that it has been discussed recently - see this article which mentions Ulster in particular https://www.timesunion.com/poi...  so I guess whilst there might not be any now, there's no guarantee that there won't be regulations in the near future - but I suppose that's the case for anywhere
