Frankly, I think you are pretty late in the game unless you are willing to invest in your skills and relationships to become an industry insider.

--for instance, you can learn how to analyze a property's financials via podcasts, articles, etc.Second is "the physical assessment" (which includes all of the things that CAN'T be easily conveyed on paper or on a computer--these are things that often require a skilled in-person assessment of the property and neighborhood).

Also, If you can, I have organized a BP member meetup in Lakewood on June 13th at 7:00pm at the Ram restaurant.

Just because you could pay someone to do something doesn't mean you can pay someone as there is not always skilled workers available.

Some contractors will be more willing to share information than others and this is where your networking and people skills are so vital!
