Now, a lien search for tax liens in that county can be looked up in two different systems, and so the payoff should have led to a satisfaction of all TCB  liens in both of those systems - but somehow a single one of the liens was not recorded as satisfied in one of the systems (yet all other TCB liens did get recorded as satisfied in this system).

If you hire someone who really knows what they are doing, then it is possible for you be satisfied after each project.
