Lots of new money going in near the downtown and lots of clean up and new construction on the river front.

It backs up to a river, has a great back yard and the inside is in decent shape. 

I used a bank(Huntingdon valley bank) the first go round and since my credit is 760s and my finances are ok I just thought that it might be easiest to go through a bank again.

The location is near by Lehigh Valley Mall, Supermarket and restaurant, these are walking distance. 

A little about me,  I am an investor from Silicon Valley doing a few things- investing in real estate, am a real estate broker in California and work in Technology sector in Silicon Valley.

I spent 8 months in Palo Alto, so I know that Silicon Valley is NOT the place to find cash-flowing properties, but I'm curious how you decided where the best place was.

Hi, I am Reinaldo, currently living in Mountain View, CA with my wife and two kids.Recently I have become more and more interested in real state out of Silicon Valley (prices are just too high for me here), so I am looking forward to make our first real estate investment by getting a rental property.I am open to locations, and have some down payment money and great credit score. 

Now I am thinking maybe Tom’s River or a more rent stable area but I’m afraid it may not rent as fast as Newark.
