It also seems like we could do an owner move in eviction for the main unit and simply raise the rent of the ADU to get the tenant to leave, but this seems less fair and potentially more problematic than giving both tenants the proper relocation assistance.

@J Scott1 They are not smart enough, they were lucky enough.And I don't think that is easy, and still,is going to happen in many markets2 I can't feel this in my area, I don't see the signs, of new businesses coming , yuppies, people relocating. houses sold in the open houses over listing price .etc. in my areaso I am asking if someone is having that experience .I am sorry if you don't like this kind of questions, it would be easier for you, just to ignore it and not answer, unless you have fun with sarcasm, you are very welcome;)Many people in this forum were in markets that double prices in 1 or 2 years
