Hello, I am thinking about looking to Invest in Austin area single family residential property in the next 6 months to one year.I am also thinking about 3 bedroom 2+ bath which may typically within the range of investment.Since its going to be for Rental, what is the preferred in Austin area for renting out, is it single storey house with 3 bedrooms with 1500+ Sqft or two storey with 2000+ sqft and upstair bedrooms?

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Don't trust a conglomerate that has incomplete data and is built to sell leads to real estate agents and trick consumers into thinking they can make contact with the listing agent.

If you don't NEED to sell, why would you even think about this type of financing for the sale of the property??

I think I could convert the small garage into liveable space.
