Seth, the reason I thought a triplex because a few houses down that’s what they built but back in 2000.

I think one of the reasons is they have access to the MLS and are regularly asked to put something on there but they might tell you first. 

I have begun this journey with extreme motivation, and I believe my “reasons why” for pursuing this are very strong.

Howehere’s no reason I can’t rent this house out (if renting is profitable) and refi and pull out money once I renovate to get into that multi unit in  a year.

Honesty is the best policy, but there is also no reason to divulge more than someone asked for.

Obviously, it kind of sucks for us to discover foundation issues but a smart seller I would imagine realizes that he is just going to have to deal with this issue coming up again with the next buyer if he ends up sending you away so I am trying to hold my ground while being reasonable.
