It's about staying current in the guest's mind, so when they are ready to book they think of you.

We put on tyvek suits and opened the windows that worked , broke the glass on those that didnt , threw fans in the windows for 4 days before we went back in .( neighbors complained about the smell and the closest house was 50 ft away )  We made a pump system and used a new plastic trash can and sprayed with a garden hose over 100 gallons of a bleach , soap and water over floors , ceilings and walls just to sanitize as best we could . 

They can be made with any finishing you'd like and can be designed to meet local standards.

But this complicates the process and you may not be ready to jump into multi family.

Hello,I am ready to buy my first rental property but when i tried applying for a loan they said i wouldnt qualify due to being a 1099 contractor for only a year(I was w2 for the 6years before i started my own venture with 1099 employment).
