I also plan to expand my market past Skiatook I have no one specific area as of right now.

I would take generalized zip code information with a grain of salt as many of these areas are seeing rapid change, especially in 64109, 64110, 64131, 64123, 64124, parts of 64127, and 64130.

But we treat our real estate portfolio like we treat stocks; We never put all our $ in one stock and one industry- We spread it out.With that said- We also decided that we could not invest Nationwide so we narrowed it down to a few key markets and each year we evaluate where to expand but within a narrow range. 

Hopefully this isn't too complex and we can expand on the conversation for others benefit as well!
