@Walter Pape I don't believe you can find that information on List Source but I do think you can in another program called Property Pro, specifically when marketing to pre-foreclosure properties but I'm not 100% sure yet as I have not tried it yet.

I've sent out my batch of yellow letters (150 so far) to houses I've seen driving for dollars, probates, pre-foreclosures, expired/withdrawn listings, and absentee owners.It's snowing today so I'll be busy writing more, but I would like to hear any advice or anything you have experienced.

I can tell you that most of the good agents won't even show you properties, unless you have a preapproval from a reputable lending institution stating that you are a pre-qualified buyer.

My understanding of New York is the agents fill in a pre printed contract and the attorneys do the final purchase and sale negotiations.This is not how we do it in Georgia.
