Even if I have a potential tenant, I still have to do tenant screening and might not be a good tenant after all, and I end up without a tenant.Just want to know if anyone has any suggestion on how I can increase the showing for my rental SFH.

On a potential property you would run the numbers, if the numbers looked good you would provide the numbers to the PML. and if the PML liked what they saw they would give you the green light to purchase the house at auction with there money and you would have your house without any of your money.

There were several walk through of potentials but no interest to rent.

I lost my potential profits in these deals, but I was once again reminded how my team is critical in the future of my career in this business.
