@Hemal Adani So even if you use a service like Hemlane or MG, you would still need someone to do physical tasks such as making sure inspections are done, or for the tenants that prefer not to do everything online, for document signing etc... 

Only reason I invest in some of the smaller markets here in Indy is because I'm physically here.
