La porte Indiana real estate investment

Hello BP, I wanted to inquire about La Porte Indiana, has anyone invested in the multi unit properties over there? If so how is the cash flow? What is the average rent for 2 to 3 bedrooms? I see a couple of multi unit properties on the market and wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with this area in terms of investing. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I'd suggest Indianapolis which has numerous and our renter market is overflowing with tenants needing places. We are one of the quickest growing economies of the midwest!
