Will lenders and banks look at college degrees to make decisions?

Looking to purchase Clayton or Champion Modular (Tiny House) for use in Florida - any insight/experience with modular housing in Florida would be much appreciated.Financing is available directly by some manufacturers (Clayton) and by 3rd Parties for other manufacturers products (Champion).There is additional benefit in not having to pull building permits in Florida if modular product is 399 SF or less (I believe)Here is LINK of Champion products fitting this model: https://www.championhomes.com/...

I started this project hoping i could efficiently review the most amount of properties in order to maximize the potential investment options to bid at auction....this is what I have so far.First thing i did was to create the listings, I matched the properties been auctioned with their corresponding pics and the property specs (rooms, size, floors etc.).Second, for each property I automated the data collection process from public records and created a report with: Foreclosure info, owner info, taxes data, liens including mortgages , satisfaction of mortgages,  assigments, violations and permits and court dockets.This data is updated daily to capture new filings (specially the dockets to capture bk and motions to cancel sales)Now that i have the data i can apply my personal "preferences" to go through the report and in a few minutes discard  properties that have certain attributes I "dislike". 

Ask them what limitations and stipulations there are, if permitted to continue with your plans for that piece of land.

Considering they didn’t have permit I decided to look at maps and parcel/property lines.

@Dawn TangI’m International student right now and i’m on work permit i’m just looking for knowledge right now because i don’t have funds.

two other places to look are the city development services (who ever would have approved for permit) or the original developer.I assume you are looking for the plans to either make structural changes and/or an addition? 

I actually got lazy with it this month and had a college intern helping but they're not as good as me so I will just do it going forward.
