Nothing is perfect in life, however, I have found the former homeowners know better how to take better care of a home & are clean freaks.Actually, I have had awesome renters throughout the years with the exception of one couple.

I am putting my SOW together to get bids so it is the perfect time to include these kind of changes.

Most certainly no company can be entirely perfect and PIP takes pride in righting our wrongs (when they happen). 

My perfect floor plan is one with a lot of space to maneuver. 

The system of Controlling real estate and liquidating it fast has been developed over many years and perfected.

IMO it stains easily,  and you run the risk if it's not 100% perfect, it will crack or bow up, no thanks!      

Now this might be a hard question for some people to answer honestly, because of course we are all perfect landlords who file as soon as our tenants are late

He's probably not wrong on his cost estimate, but at least you know you'll be getting something that fits perfectly and won't be an issue down the line.
