@Aaron Washington The main reason people are booking STRs over hotels is EXPERIENCE.Anything and everything you can do to create an experience is where you should be headed! 

There's no shortage of people willing to help.

I give much more leeway to my STR guests than my LTR tenants because I know people pay good money to have a good time on their vacation.

Lots of people use the equity in their homes to buy an investment property.

I am sure the properties are not in some of the better neighborhoods, but I am hoping with these new initiatives it can be changed if more people invest in home ownership.

I know a few Vegas people in that group. 

If they have good rates and right loan performance they will get people crazy behind them. it seems something to be careful before submitting any info.
