It’ll be obvious that someone was learning how to paint as they went and you’ll have to pay more than a normal paint job would cost to fix it later (if you even can, some painting mistakes can be really hard and expensive to fix). 

Personally I’d have them start saving up and get traditional financing and pay you off.

But if your cash buyer doesn't come through, you are stuck with having to pay off the transactional funding.

And you pay an annual "lot lease" to the park that can range from $4,000 - $12,000+ depending on the size and location of your property.  

I still pay a fair share of taxes.

This means you don't have to pay a premium for a plumber to come out last minute.
