Watched a video from Phil Pustejovsky, he noted that the game coming out of the housing crash was foreclosures & shorts.  

I went through Keller Williams and watched videos and took notes.

As a hobby I'm working on one website for real estate listings where landlords/owners can list their property and also get professional pictures and video tour from our people ready for their listings. 

If they see drive and passion in you then they might invest the time as it reminds them of themselves back in the day.
