I appreciate the original post and it got some good thoughts provoked.

This could theoretically lead to one of the parties to the contract swapping out the original terms in the body of the contract with alternative terms and while this is fraudulent, untangling this can get messy.

Originally, my fiancé and I had planned to pay him a salary to manage the construction and then pay him a percentage of income to manage the property.

New applicant now says shes available to move in March 1 and not feb 10 as she originally indicated.
