Airbnb Property Management Recommendation in San Antonio - Texas

Cathy Li
Posted

Me and my husband would like to purchase a property - single family house 3 -4 bedrooms to do airbnb in San Antonio, Texas. However, since we are staying out of the country, we would like to look for a reliable airbnb property management companies to do the end-to-end management from task i.e. listings, fixing a broken lock, get the house clean, liaise with guest etc.

Any recommendation?

Thanks for your advice but i  won’t consider to manage myself since I have a full time job plus currently live in another time zone.  Even a deeper cut of profit is okay, I think would still be profitable in this market if it’s run correctly.
