Even someone on this website who has something similar going through his or her head currently would be extremely helpful.Whatever I will learn from here will be officially quoted in the thesis with names of the people who would help along with the topics they help me with. 

Most of the Tiny Home communities are classified as RV Parks b/c that is what local officials understand.

I was on the fence before, but after 2 years of struggle I have officially come up with the above conclusion.

Channel your inner Monk or Columbo....I have been amazed at the way the sincere applicant can turn out to be on probation (even found one with a legitimate jail escape on his record)... 

I would argue that the only reason you are charging $200 a day on this building when hundreds of buildings around the city are not charge that much is because of the discrimination.I would also be lobbying city official and elected representatives, to sway them onto my side.Along the way I would find the "Highest and best use' of the property, then figure the value of the property based on what it could be used for.

Or are you officially assuming the loan with no problems from the bank?
