Hey Andre!  Having a real estate license is useful in this business as you will have the knowledge that other investors may not have, and as I they say, "knowledge is power".  After getting your real estate license you can try to get your broker's license and open all sorts of  doors for yourself.

Hello and welcome!  Getting a license will help you learn and get you ready.  You really do not have to get your foot in the "door".  I am 59 years old and born and raised in Dallas Texas.  I graduated from college and got a broker license in 1980.  I have been in the construction business since I was17.  I found BP about 3 months ago and still earning. Good luck!
