@Lance Van BurenYou don't have to worry about utilities for a SFH since the tenant will pay for all utilies.For 1-4 MF units, you don't have to worry about it either if each unit has its own meter.For insurance, you'll need to obtain a Landlord Policy.It's typical and normal for the tenant to pay for all utility.Good Luck.
