Urban area (Cambridge, MA) - 2020 filled with cancellations, 2021 filled with a couple of month+ long bookings, 2022 back to the level of STR bookings we had in 2019 and with far fewer illegal STR listings, the nightly rates are higher than they were in 2019.On a personal note, my husband and I are easing back into our normal travel routines.

I am also in CA and while it is true, a survey is not usually needed or done at the time of purchase in urban/suburban areas, they may be required for certain building/additions, etc.
