I did notice while checking out your site (which looks great btw) that there doesn't seem to be a way to sign up for new post notifications on  your blog.

That's why I am noticing a pattern of people doing things on the side when they "retire" using RE.

I posted about the same topic recently after I noticed the relativity between rent and price was way off in many cases. 

I have noticed rental prices seem quite high in comparison to property prices and it seems that there are fewer rentals than homes for sale.

I've noticed that 3 bedrooms rent for about $500-$800/month more than 2 bedrooms in Portland.
