We launched RareBird in June.

A new business launch?

We own 9 properties and they have all been completed renovated or are newly built. 

We are in the process of gathering info to launch our yellow letter campaign.

At such a low margin, fees should cover costs of adminstration and if fees can not be added (as with newly originated loans that will be purchased) such costs should be added to the yield requirement.

We negotiated for a few weeks, and the result was a newly constructed three-bedroom unit for $235,000—well within the limits of our entitlements.

MOST rouge nations don’t present as much of a problem because most of them lack the capacity to launch an attack on our homeland absent #4.Overall I would argue that terrorism is most threatening because of our open border policy AND the magnitude of loss that would arise IF one of the nations snuck a dirty bomb in.
