I know of lots of people that have been in situations specially after covid where they lost everything they had but that doesn't meen they are not clean or cant keep paying for a rent andCityfheps will pay the rent lets say that person moves in and they fall behind on rent because they lost there job Cityfheps will pay the backed up rent and also adjust the new monthly payment to landlord until tenant gets a job and they are not in your property trying to get you to fix things and giving you violations for everything.

I had a similar situation on one of my deals, only it was disclosed up front that the building final inspection had never been ordered, and also that the fire marshal would not sign off until a concrete or asphalt drive was put in.
