They didn't have that specific label, but had many other similar ones.

TO get to the current value use "comps" of properties in good condition, or similar condition to the level that you intend to renovate to.

They get a fire or similar policy as generally that's all most HMLs in my area require, yet you have no protection from being sued with this policy.

I have used similar techniques and had a number of people who want to partner with me.
