What's is a good lead generating cold calling program for Realtors what I mean is what software is used to find numbers for cold calling has a new realtor I should have to start cold calling because everything else that I have done I not working out to generate leads ex social media ads, letting everyone I know, know I'm a realtor, door to door, post cards THANK YOU

Social media is chocked full of pretenders...believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.

The hardest part in investing is filtering out the FOMO and FUD blasted everyday by social media and the press. 

My only no go jobs would be things like RE Agent/Realtor, because of the social/charisma requirements. 

Try to find a few investors that you can provide value to via cold calling, social media management etc.

I put a lot of real estate content on my social media and anyone who interacts with it, I find a way to connect with them.
