Otherwise, the best ways are to 1) talk to people you know who may have money, 2) be active on these forums and social media groups and the big one 3) network, network, network.

If you go this route I’d make sure the listing is on social media, signs on the road, CL, and everywhere else people might look.

Given the current economic, demographic, and social trends, allocating capital to multifamily apartment assets in growing, business and tax friendly markets appears to be an incredibly compelling opportunity.
