Hi! New member here! I have lived in Cleveland my entire life. I am a Realtor and most recently decided I would like to get into investing. I have spent the last year and a half educating myself and I feel I am ready to jump in! Looking for my first property currently!

 HMM you're a realtor live there and only now are starting, why did you wait so long ? You could have purchased all in 35- 40k , MH GH WH CH, Euclid, and received 20- 30% net caps 6- 8 years ago.  Now all in 100kish with about 10% or better ( cash purchases) . Also confused, your a realtor and your asking social media for deals? hmm

BTW the best deals are offline, I have done 100s and 100s and 100s, all off market and never with a realtor

Wow. Well let me start by saying that my post was a new member post. I did not ask for any deals. I was simply stating I was in the process of looking. I have already found one and I am under contract. Yes I am a Realtor. I am also a registered nurse as well as a foster parent. I appreciate you letting me know what I could have done back in the day while getting multiple degrees, married,  and my foster license. It’s never too late too start and so that’s what I am doing!
