Whether that would benefit you is a pretty complex analysis and something you should discuss with your licensed tax advisor.Investing in real estate does not really change the dynamic of Traditional vs Roth.

I moved back to New York after the military, and everywhere I go I try to just mention my name and that I am getting licensed soon.

I recently obtained my NYS Real Estate Salesperson license and I am deciding where and what Broker to affiliate with. 

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I checked out my ability to get a broker license and I was qualified to take the test and I got a license.  

Also I need them to be licensed and bonded, If they're not licensed, and it's cost effective, I might be willing to pay for them to become licensed.Thank you BP members for any feedback!

As a Realtor, Here is my advised IF you do decide to wholesale and and are reported for "equity stripping" you will lose your license and get fined heavily.
