What are some legitimate analytic sites you used?

In short, I would look more like a legitimate business than some guy on the internet trying to put a property under contract while promising cash for a property.

I never really expected anyone to give me legitimately useful advice due to being new to this site.  

But a good realtor is definitely worthwhile in legitimizing your company and being an integral part of your overall mission.

I've been attending for the past 4 years and Papersource is a great networking venue.

The "lack mentality" claim is how every marketer, including Mark, shuts down anyone who raises a legitimate presell concern. 

I legitimately enjoy negotiating and honestly if someone thinks I am an ******* they probably are not wrong...

Why do wholesalers implement these (especially if the deal is a legitimate deal)?

As already explained above, main venue to profitability from property management is probably if the PM manager or company also get into their own hold and rent investments.Margin/spread is too thin to make much out of the 10%.

I know I can tell them to pound sand since I went through all the legal venues to get them out.Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.Thank you
