1) the mls is not where you should be looking for wholesale deals...it is the retail market, already seen by everyone.2) agents are required to use their state realtor purchase agreements3) agents will require a Legit POF in your nameIn short....using the mls to find wholesale properties is a non starter

I would suggest stopping by their office unannounced and making comments on any customer facing platforms they may have, such as google reviews, yelp etc.
