As you know, in 2023, the new laws require hosts to have a license to do STR.

I'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with Seattle's STR policies and how to get around the (2 max) STR per person policy?

I know ur supposed to live there a year if you sign the homeowner thing, but ur allowed to pull for contractors also.

It seems like a great opportunity, but as someone based in DC, I don’t know much about Salisbury.I see that it's fairly close to a hospital, which could be good for medium-term rentals (MTR), and it's also near a university, which might attract long-term renters.For those with experience in this market, I’d appreciate your thoughts!

My wife and I specifically searched for a fee only financial planner who claimed to know how to work with real estate. 

Its like Fix and Flip loans/business purpose loans are now called "RTL's" real estate transition loans - same thing just different nameI know AAPL was trying to get away from the term "hard money" because for some it has a negative connotation but to me its all the same.
