I joined awhile back with every intention of becoming a real player in my market but as with many life gets in the way.

My name is Zack Parker and after listening to about forty episodes of the podcast this week I decided there is no better time than now to join the community! 

I remember joining BiggerPockets not long after passing up on a $25,000 educational program.

First let me say that I am excited about joining bigger pockets community and getting into real estate investing.

I am real cheap when it comes to consulting and that is why I joined this forum lol =) Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Join a local Real Estate Investment club and network with other investors.

I would also recommend "From Janitor to Multi-Millionaire" by Rich Weese, which shows you how he structured a myriad real estate deals using both traditional as well as incredibly creative ways.Don't forget to check out your local REIAs and join your favorite one(s)Sebastian
