According to Airbnb data there are 2.9 million hosts on Airbnb worldwide in 2020. 14,000 new hosts are joining the platform each month in 2020 and some will fail without proper property management that competently handle their short term rental.

My brother is interested in joining me on a real estate deal but I have a couple questions for the community on the best way to go about structuring the deal. 

It is great joining this network and let me know if you or somebody you know operates in Burien or the greater Seattle area.  

Sounds to me like the landlord is being responsible if they legitimately cannot afford the necessary repairs at this time.
