I'm not sure if most people think about it, but the PM makes about $3 to $5 per day, you cant even pay for gas at that amount to go out and show the property over and over again, take all of the phone calls, process applications, prepare leases, take maintenance calls 24/7, handle complaints, issue legal notices, collect rent, process owner payments, pay bills on the owners behalf, hire vendors, check on progress of work, do interior inspections, process security deposit claims, file evictions, go to court hearing, the list goes on and on........On a side note Dani, why dont you ask a PM if they are willing to do a-la-carte with regard to maintenance, etc... if you are willing and able to do some of the work.

The longer period is designed to have the entire family eat the poison then kill all of them.Inside if you find mice runs (holes near the floor or wall) – stuff them with steel wool – they hate it.If you have access to the home, you can apply the bait in the basement / crawl spaces so they are attracted to that area where they hopefully die.

If you're talking about the same product used as interior trim, you need to use specific coatings that give the foam a one hour fire rating to meet code.
