I now think of a % figure as a good way to compare deals, but not a good way to evaluate individual deals.I'm looking for rough estimations through this form to hopefully crowdsource reasonable estimates for an average 2 - 4 unit multifamily in Ohio.

@Estefania Concha Unfortunately your tenant is correct in the fact that you must have a "tenant at fault just cause" currently due to the tenant protection programs...normally this does not apply to single family residences owned by an individual.

For showings just consolidate them so you aren't doing it individually but in groupings 15 minutes apart that way it isn't so bad if a couple haven't read the ad.
