I started with these two companies because I've heard a lot of great things about them over many posts and their respective CEO's have contributed greatly to many posts here at BP.Birmingham looks promising, population growth (while minimal) seems stable, lots of new economic activities and projects developing that will help spark the economy.Dallas/Houston surrounded by great companies however Im afraid it might be harder to find properties in these markets that have been quite hot for sometime now.

Larger buildings usually only have electric, and cable that isn't included as heat is usually hot water boiler system and water is not separate meter either.. so that's partial utilities included..

You want to go out of your way to start getting 5 star reviews.Provide some floats and chairs at your dock if you don't already have these.Also if you have a fireplace and/or fire pit and even a hot tub it may increase your off season rentals.We had every weekend in February reserved.

depends on the market.. in uber hot markets it would be common for listing agent to take less 2 to 2.5% and give the BAC 2 to 2.5% for total of 4.5 to 5... anything less is a limited rep broker.. were they basically let you put it on MLS for a fee then you deal with the buyers. and thebueyrs agents
