What if a tax accountant has a lot of knowledge and experiences of tax laws including investment, would it matter?  

There's always a risk, but I have to believe the further you get from the coast, the more sound this option might be for you. 

It seems like a lot of risk and I was wondering what other's experience has been.

It would be an extreme high/low strategy.
