Curious if the state of NH has any regulations on this type of residency transfer like if Im required to register my vehicle there and get a new drivers license or any other information that needs to be updated with my new "residency".

This is assuming you are willing to put in the work that would be required for this.

Getting leads from agents require least amount of initiative and it's a good place to start.

I have been reading Long Distance Real Estate Investing - David Greene, and came across an interesting tidbit of information: Your first 10 (1-4, 5-10) property loans are Fanny Mae insured, after which your loan criteria become more unfavorable (variable rates, stricter credit score requirements etc.).

As @Dmitriy Fomichenko mentioned, you cannot personally guaranty the loan and the limited recourse aspect navigates that requirement.

Weve had a lot of set backs from issues the seller didnt disclose or else id just have one customed made... instead putting in a french drain in and replacing our AC/heat came first.
