At least there is the KTX now to get to Seoul faster. 

I would recommend you take a serious look at smaller MF and eventually larger MF to get to your goals faster.  

I sold at my target price to a fantastic buyer, and closed faster than the property down the street. 

Plus running the fuel lines, exhaust, etc.

This allows for me to be of service more quickly if something needs attention but retain control and respond faster if things start heading "south."

The primer gets dirty faster.

Omaha's a pretty solid market for rentals, especially if you have solid income to fuel expansion, you can do so a lot more aggressively than most markets with our lower price point entry.
